I'm so smart, I made my own browser. ;)

I telnet to port 80 and issue GET and POST requests on my own. Parse the HTML in my head.

Amateur! Port 443 is where it's at.

Don't care, I like it.

Safari

RedBaron 08-01-2011 10:28 AM

Used to use Firefox with a bunch of ad-ons on Snow Leopard. It was SLOW to open the program. Now that I upgraded to Lion, I am trying to keep the install "light", so I am sticking with Safari. It seems to be a lot faster and it runs better.

I use FireFLOX b/c I can stick up a vertical window with hundreds of bookmarks in it.

If anybody knows how to do that in Chrome or Safari, please post!

It's really more of an idea than actual cost.

teenerted1 08-01-2011 02:02 PM

no wonder work server keeps crashing...IT is below average.

MysticLlama 08-01-2011 03:53 PM

IE9, very few plugins, no toolbars.

Works great when you don't muck it up with crap. It's also the only thing that will run all of my business apps successfully without using one browser for some stuff and switching for others.

Opera!

Netscape 7 for the mail program and Firefox for most of the rest.

The Netscape mail program allows me access to all 6 of my email addresses on one page.

I think the real news is that people who take online IQ tests have lower IQs.

I think people who question other peoples IQ are compensating for some other short coming. ;)
