Are there plans to build a trailer observation deck?

I have a 22' enclosed trailer that I transport my 911 and a couple of motorcycles with. It has a full walk-on roof including a ladder. I'd like to build an observation deck out of aluminum. I've done an exhaustive internet search and I cannot find plans. Can anyone here point me in that direction?

A buddy of mine designed & built one years ago, very nice, all aluminum, fold up rails, ect. I can give you his number, he is in TX now..

You might look at using speed rail which we use in the movie industry, infinite configurations, and goes together quickly.
