Hepatitis A Burgers?
Track night got rained / hailed out last night - found these enterprising guys cooking burgers in the only dry area during the storm

If that really bugs you don't ever travel third word countries...
I have been in restaurants in the boonies in China that would be shut down in a heartbeat here in NY........ Never had a food born illness in china... I would be more worried how recently fuel drum was emptied...

I'd be more concerned about the restaurant staff you frequent washing their hands...

This place wasn't a dive at all and was right in Nanjing.
 But it was a bit of a turn off, walking through this to get to the men's room. Meal was great.
