I watched the exact thing unfold beside me in a novice race many Moons ago. It was quite amusing.

the racer is taking a good natured beating on another forum.


rolling up to pole last, trying to make a statement or at least roll up like a rockstar racer with all the attention that goes with it has it's downside

my starts are just slow and boggy leaving it in second gear will do that :(

I've run that track in a kart. It can be intimidating in a couple of places depending on clockwise or CC. I didn't like CC too much.

I was looking for that turn out before the back straight going clockwise. I couldn't recognize it. Still have the tire mark on my retired kart from the guy that parked in that turn. (Meaning he checked up so much that I clobbered him from behind and flew over his head leaving MY tire mark on his helmet.)

I've driven literally thousands of miles on that track. The configuration has changed twice since I started going there in 1993. The version now is quite a bit different than what it used to be.
