Okay I am only 46 but..........
I have a full head of hair and unfortunately the nose and ears to go along with it. I got so tired of trying to find my reading glasses I have about 10 pair that are littered around my life. The part that is going to kill me is my knee, been damaged too many times to ever be right again and it takes forever to get over the aches and sharp pains. I refuse to allow it to stop me, which is not good. Last summer a local H.S. football player was bragging about how fast he can run so I had to prove to him that he wasn't as fast as I still am. Yeah I won but I also missed a day of work, sitting on the couch eating advil like pez and rotating heat and cold. Oh and sounding like a bowl of rice crispies whenever I get up from a seated position, that sux.

LOL! Funny aside here. Remember the footage of Roger Bannister breaking the 4 minute mile? 2nd place in that race was a guy named Dyrell Burleson...he lives in Oregon, still runs.

He told a tale of running along a local trail, thinking he was doing good...footsteps from behind. He picked up his pace, but couldn't keep it for long...soon was passed by a local 25 year old aerobics instructor, she politely smiling as she went by the old man...Dyrell was 67 then.

Father time...father time.

Not yet 50 but already got hair growing in the wrong places (basically everywhere except on my skull, slight penchant for the ears) and I'm getting stiff in the wrong places too.
