21 inches center of crank to top. 53cm, I'm 5'10" with a 30 inch inseam. Frame size is deceptive. My last bike was a 58cm Masi.

VERY easy on the back but my back is trashed and nothing helps....

Rear 10 speed sprocket. Frame said to be built by Trek and same style of Tour bikes.

sounds a little small for you
i'm roughly the same size and i ride 55-56cm road bikes and 54cm cross bikes.
modern compact frame would be a little smaller seat tube size but need to know the top tube size to really know what the riders compartment is like.

without knowing what level campy is on it and how old the bike is; price is irrevleant

The bottom bracket is a little higher than normal hence the smaller frame size. I was confused as well. But it was fitted by a pro shop where I bought it.
