Recording 101 . . .

If you've ever wanted to watch the recording (tracking)process, this series might be interesting - if you have an hour to kill btw. It was a two-part two-day session & I sat in on this one. The next day Fab mixed the track (which you can't see online unfortunately). It was recorded during Sweetwater's Gearfest in July.

Alert: We were a sponsor so assume subliminal adverts etc. And I broke one of the tweeters . . . just before Day 2 to add some panic . . .

Watched the first 5 minutes. I'll have to find time to watch the rest. I am not a musician or even a great music lover, but it's interesting to hear and see how it's done.

Thanks for sharing.

I watched the whole thing earlier. Good stuff, thanks!

Good. I thought some here might enjoy watching the process.

If anybody is impatient, you can go to video 6/6 Advance to 3:40 to hear the final tracking (pre mix).
