Love garage sales!
I only bought this because its cools and I knew many people who worked at the Lear Plant here is Grand Rapids.
Now this is how they used to make um in the good ole days!

Today, this item probably has built in laser pointer, level, bottle opener, 4 function calculator, and 2 in 1 screwdriver built in.

Dave/slodave, take note of that awesome progressive scale idea... that's the way to go for the volume knob on your tube amp.
