And this is why you should be careful doing the dishes...

So Sunday, was doing the dishes...wet plate falls from hand, clips the counter and breaks, this is the result.

Obviously I shouldn't do the dishes anymore....right?

Compliments to the seamstress, very nice work.

sc_rufctr 09-14-2011 07:48 AM

Oh... Not nice but maybe you should have worn steel cap boots

masraum 09-14-2011 07:49 AM

Wow, nice. Yeah, no more dishes for you.

Maybe you should get a mechanized dishwasher.

VINMAN 09-14-2011 07:50 AM

Frankentoe?

Looks like my toe after a C4 tranny fell off my workbench...

Roosterrusek 09-14-2011 07:53 AM

Yeah, lots of fun. The problem is that I LIKE doing the dishes. Hell if someone is willing to make me chow, I am willing to do the cleaning.

Looks like steel toed boots from now on...

Tim Hancock 09-14-2011 07:53 AM

Fortunately for me, I do not even know how to do dishes. ;)

you can always tell the Joes from their finger and their toes ... ;)

I never did figure exactly what that means but it has a nice ring to it.

The dishwasher should always match the fridge ............... ba da bump.

of course you'll have the common decency not to tell my wife I said that, right?

krystar 09-14-2011 08:25 AM

hmm.....wonder when woven stainless steel fiber wedding dresses will come into fashion.

vash 09-14-2011 08:26 AM

ouch!!!

a little warning next time? ouch!!!! you are going to have a very cool scar.

mikester 09-14-2011 08:55 AM

Chicks dig scars.

Don Plumley 09-14-2011 09:42 AM

Ouch. Barefoot/open toed shoes in the kitchen is a no-no; dropped knifes, broken glass, angry garlic...

Mrmerlin 09-14-2011 09:42 AM

Chicks dig scars.

AND the story will be ..
Yeah I was fighting the grizzly bear and gave him a nice roundhouse kick to the head,
my foot got cut on his teeth and my kick knocked him out,
so we ate him for dinner

GH85Carrera 09-14-2011 09:56 AM

Doing the dishes is easy. Just put em in the sink and later they are clean and put up in the cabinet. I think it is that automatic diswasher thingy we have in the kitchen.

Maybe, but it has been my experience that doing the dishes will get you more action than showing off scars will.

bivenator 09-14-2011 10:06 AM

Your wife needs a pedi in addition to stitches.
