Cigar guys- I have a humidor question
Cheap Humidors The Glass Top Milano Cigar Humidor
I just purchased this humidor. In my other humidor I have mounted the humidifier to the underside of the lid with provided sticky tape and magnets. Unfortunately it didn't even occur to me that this location would not be an option with the glass top humidor. I have thought of a few alternate locations but wanted some input before I affixed the magnets with the tape. 1. Underside of the removable tray but this would make it inconvenient when the tray is removed and placed elsewhere as the tray would be resting on top of the humidifier. 2. Simply resting the humidifier on top of the tray however this would be somewhat unattractive since I wanted this humidor specifically to admire the cigars without opening the lid. 3. In the lower section of the humidor on the back edge however this would make that section somewhat less usable as permanently affixing the humidifier (6.5" length) would mean that the dividers would only fit at the edge of the humidifier. (i.e. 3 sections- 2.75" 6.5" and another 2.75 with the dividers in between each section) So, what do you all think? Anyone else have a glass top humidor?

Get some boveda packs and you can even put cigars on them. Forget all the stick on humidifiers because they do not provide enough humidity for a decent size box.

Yeah, ditch the worthless "stick on" humidifiers. I'd go with an electronic unit if you have the space and $$ (Hydra, Cigar Oasis, etc.). That way you can monitor the (LED) RH level/low-water warning through the glass. You can always cut/trim internal trays if needed as well.

I forgot to mention I'm not using the sponge that it comes with. I've removed the sponge and use the sponge container to hold beads. I do this with my other humidor and would like to use the same for the new humidor.
