This is sorta like asking “Where, other than NY, can you get a NY Hot Pastrami Sandwich?”

I tried to make my own with leftover New Years Day corned beef and frozen packaged diced potatoes.
Didn’t work.

My choice is plain ol’ Hormel ‘Mary Kitchen’ Homestyle Corned Beef Hash.
The problem (for me) is the 780 Calories for a 15 oz (426 g) can, mostly fat.

My (rare) solution is one heaping teaspoon in my Eggbeaters omelet.
Kids & dogs get the rest of the can.

Best,
Grady

Hartford's (from NZ) says theirs is the best

I figure this stuff makes a good emergency food supply...

Whatever you can get in the lightest packaging, served with eggs, grits or potatoes, sausage and bacon ...

But it has to be cooked over a small gas/alcohol/hippie fart stove a few miles from anywhere ...

:)

My wife makes her own or buys it fresh from the local deli...
