CA Car Purchase
California guys- My sister is looking at buying a used car in CA and shipping to TN;; will she have pay CA sales tax and then TN once here? I know CA has their own special laws.

Yes, if from a dealer, unless she can show a bill of lading, proving that the car will be transported out of state. If she buys from a private party, then no worries.
