This is the house that I bought this month. It was built in 1963 and we're the second owner. I was planning on building a home but the lot that I found I didn't like. It's on a raised foundation but is only 2" above the ground level. It will be easy for Joanna to get in and out of. Cool things that this house has is a great view of the sunsets and a large for So Cal lot of 18,000.
