This is the house that I bought this month. It was built in 1963 and we're the second owner. I was planning on building a home but the lot that I found I didn't like. It's on a raised foundation but is only 2" above the ground level. It will be easy for Joanna to get in and out of. Cool things that this house has is a great view of the sunsets and a large for So Cal lot of 18,000. Sadly it has a two car garage and doesn't look like room to expand.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1323761227.jpg

A new Kitchen with a large range will be next.

Bennington, VT.....yes I agree and I would love to know why the owners let it go or why Bennington has not tried to restore it.

Jim, Perfect! Our home is a one level ranch, only 2,400 sq. feet. We bought before Cindy was diagnosed with MS, but it's worked out well...very scooter friendly. Once our daughter moved out, it fits us well.

Jim Bremner 12-16-2012 07:54 PM

Paul, How is Cindy doing. Joanna is fighting the scooter! but she would be better with it.
