Halloween - he is NOT a hanging skeleton!

GF and I are decorating for Haloween. She brought a bale of hay into the house, and a few small scarecrows.

I went a step further. She saw me lookign at skeletons and figured I was going to hang on somewhere.

He is NOT a hanging skeleton. I made him out of a Bucky articulated Skeleton.
Right now, he's on her toilet... waiting for her to get home and coem 'round the corrner . :D

Still a little work to do on the hands and feet...jaw, teeth...

GOT IT!
Just barely though. I had my Canon ready and almost missed the big part. My regular video cam's battery was dead so I coulnd't let it run... and only a minute's worth of video to record left on the camera card, so I had to switch on at just the right time.

We don't share a room, so it doesn't matter.

Great job Wolfe! You've got a knack for special effects makeup. My friend B.J. has a shop around the corner with a lot of cool stuff to REALLY decorate your house!

Although I've never done any TV make-up work, I have done quite a a few latex appliances, FX make-up, costuming, prop-making, etc. Used to to it a LOT for Sci-Fi/Fantasy conventions.
The biggest thing I'd ever done was a semi-recreation of Tim Curry's "Prince of Darkness" from the old movie Legend, with Tom Cruise. It had me on risers that converted my heel into a goat-like leg with a reversed knee, split-hoof feet, and raised me about a foot or so higher.

I have done blades that have shown up in TV/Movie stuff before, though.
