Great work - you're good people and you've earned some serious karma points. +1 to what was said above - its hit or miss with whether or not they'll get along. I've gone through the whole "introduce a new one" routine now three times - it works out and the cats sort out boundaries pretty quickly. Two females (in my experience) are the worst combination as they're... well... catty.
They'll bring you many years of happiness and won't ever forget that you opened your heart and home to them. Seriously - they know and it shows in how they deal with you. |
Good for you! Two cats here, life would be far less interesting without them.

These are the two from a feral colony I adopted last November when they were 4-5 months old. They're both on my lap as I type this. That kitten looks like one I adopted 20+ years ago in the same condition. He looked just like the short hair in this picture. Lived to be over 14. Nice job.

Boris after 1 week, first time out in the backyard.
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1319123613.jpg He got his ass kicked a lot by Bubba, mostly because he wouldn't stop badgering the older cat.. And in time he got good, and now does most of the ass kicking around my house... |
How nice it's worked out well for kitten.
