McLovin is right - it's been a mixed bag, and as Kaisen noted, the time to "evolve" or adjust to new safety & pollution regs. is important.

Well, around here, if we didn't have new bicycle lanes no roads would get new black-top. But the Seattle Mayor (Mike McSchwinn) has a big soft spot for the high-pressure skinny tired commuters.
