Seen it before, but well worth spending 3 more minutes of my life on rewatching. What I love most is the crowd reaction, how they're so enthusiastic for this kid. Especially in light of all the discussion lately around bullying-related suicide, it does help build faith for the future of our world.

Thank you for sharing that.
I spent time with mentally handicapped kids when I was younger, and there were many times when I started focusing on all the things they could not do. But they usually brought me back from those feelings by miraculously showing me something they COULD do that was very special. Even if he didn't make a basket at all it still would have been great just to see him on the court. Watching that story reminded me of those days, then the screen got kinda blurry. POS monitor ..... they don't make em like they used to. |
