'86 Honda VFR Interceptor in NAVY livery on eBay...very cool!

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Located in Sacramento with over 2 days left in the auction...only 32K miles!!!
I would love to see someone on this forum scoop up this baby...

Honda : Interceptor Honda : Interceptor | eBay

(Here's the auction description)

This is my 1986 VFR 700 F-14. She is a 6 speed, V-4 with 32K miles on her and she goes like hell!

The seat replicates an ejection seat…you can see the custom seat cowl and butt pad in pics. I did all the markings in paint (even the lettering). Tough to see, but she is weathered along the rivet lines (rivets were actually added to the fairing). Custom interior fairing panels as well

Mods to the lighting include H4 type headlamp, LED tail-lamps, new turn signals front and rear as well as jet aircraft position lights on fairing. Exhaust is stock. I have a 4 into 1 Kirker for her but it is frigg’n obnoxious and all it does is warn the cops she is coming. Whoever buys this bike gets all my spares…

If you have a Man-Cave she would also be a bad-ass addition…even if not ridden.

I wish I had this thing when I was active duty…oh well. Somebody will enjoy the hell out of her! Active swabbies get preference. Reserve is very reasonable. I can deliver for a price. Good luck bidding
==========================

I have a Kirker on my '87 VFR....."KIRKER KICKS!"

Gosh. I'm Air Force. Guess I may as well not bother to bid on a Japanese scooter painted up in Navy colors.

Hey Patrick...thanks for your service! My dad was Navy from '39-'59 so I guess I'm a little partial to anything Navy! I even grew up in Norfolk and got to see a LOT of Naval facilities, aircraft, and vessels, etc.

I never gave it a second thought about the irony of painting a US military livery on a Japanese bike...good call!

Friggin Bubbleheads.
I really like the scheme. And I rode Nimitz in '91 for Desert Storm. Nicely done.

The 86 VFR was the first motorcycle I ever rode. I've loved VFRs ever since.
