Last week, my doctor told me that holding my breath wasn't helping and that I needed to relax. Oh, and don't make any gay sex jokes either - apparently that's not appropriate.

The icing on the cake is after the doctor is done digging around up there like a bum feeling for change in a payphone slot, they unceremoniously toss you a wad of tissues to clean up the goo like you're a three dollar hooker or something.

Afterall, there WAS a redrose and a card up there....

All done, all is well except the fat in my blood is pretty high so no more eating crap or cut down on the crap. A lot of lube helps for those of you interested......

One of my patients came in chuckling, and I asked him what was so funny.
Turned out he knew the guy I'd seen before him (I was doing a day of "Corporate over 50 Healthchecks").
In the waiting room he had asked the previous patient "So, how was it?"
The previous guy had replied (with a straight face)
"Not so bad, but the doc says that was his last glove--he's just going to use the same glove from now on"


Worst part about doing DREs (Digital rectal exams)?
Once the patient gets over 125 kg (275 lb), personal hygiene is inevitably compromised, if you get my drift.
(Sometimes i just don't get paid enough)
