I'm looking for a word----
 
that means the same thing as "interdisciplinary", only replace disciplines with levels of management and staff- I.e. a group consisting of assorted personnel from VP level to non-salaried worked would be callled... what? Needs to be one word.

like inter-rank. only a real word.
