I was three weeks old.

I was six (and sixty miles away). I don't remember it being talked about, wasn't the type music my folks would listen to.
The first 'musical moment' I can remember is the first time the Beatles were on Ed Sullivan.

I was sixty miles away, too. But, wasn't born until 1962. Where were you from?

I got most of you...

beat agewise. I was 13 years old in a private English boarding school when that happened. We used to play Buddy Holly's record over and over. Great music, great talent.
RIP.

I was 15, learned about in the library of the boarding school to which I was sentenced. Would have changed my life, if boarding school had not already changed it.

gtc 11-13-2011 09:38 PM

My mother was 8.

Loosing 3 people like that at one time??? Absolute tragedy. What else is there to say?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Have there been any conspiracy theories about the accident?
