Well, you are saying that you are more stressed when you can't do drugs to soolve the problem in your head. Makes sense. And do you now walk off and not come back until your head is clear, or do you just try to soldier on without the break ? Take the break.
BTW, caffeine is a lot harder for your body to process without nicotine. If you are drinking coffee throughout the day, it will have a more powerful effect on you now. |
I did not post this earlier, but the very FIRST thing that came to mind as stress relief was sex. Team or solo activity.

Funny stuff there. Thanks guys/ gals, all good advice. Sometimes I wonder if it is worth it. 6 years ago, I quit drinking and drugs, now smoking , and as a side effect, I now have to watch what I eat. Is there anything left to live for?
