what you are all missing is the app that is specially designed for this application

the app uses the accelerometer inside the iPad to sense a rapid deceleration (just like the sensors that fire your air bags) -- once it senses an imminent crash, it displays a photo of a cream pie on the screen

I have a Blue Ant hands free speaker and for various reasons I decided not to use it any more.
Instead I simply don't answer the phone. If it's important they will leave you a message.

What's the difference between using hands free kit and holding the phone to your head? Non as far as he was concerned... and I agree with him.

While I agree with you partially, you can at least have both hands on the wheel and the logic is that a hands-free phone is no more distracting than talking to a passenger (which can be very distracting).

Best thing is no phonr like you say.
