The main criterium is that she gets people to go to the dealer site and vote for her.

Assuming the dealer is still in business, of course. Could always trade it in for something else.

I would suggest you research the current Saab financial status.

Maybe it's not the car that can be won, but Saab Automobile N. V. which is the holding company.
