Could F1 Austin 2012 really be back on???

They've made huge progress in the last year. I was at the track in June, huge! Still have a long way to go but I think they can get it race-worthy by then, though I don't feel it's possible to have *everything* up & running by the race: just too much to ask in 11 months.
