Didn't they also come up with cigarette butt tea coating as a corrosion inhibitor?
Edit: sorry not reading the whole thing again...I saw Xu Deng and assumed "made in China".

The prob is not finding a suitable material that would provide that sort of contact angle but rather a means by which to deposit it and accept the substrate...
