Where to find a pedaling Santa?

Long shot, but stranger things have been found through Pelican power.

In December 2008, we were in Munich at a neighborhood christmas market and saw a small Santa toy perched on a wire pedaling back and forth over the heads of the people in the market. I've tried, but have been unable to find one to make my own, so looking for any help or suggestions for where to find him.

I think that the cable he was perched on was attached to a slowly rotating arm which raised and lowered one end of the cable, which made Santa go downhill in one direction and then downhill in the other and then repeat. He pedaled, but I don't think the pedaling provided any power. There is a counter-weight suspended below the cable (tough to see in the photo, but look below Santa and below the cable).

This photo shows the Santa.

Tough to see, but this photo shows the cable suspended over the market and Santa on the cable. Santa is the red figure near the far end of the cable in the middle of the photo - in front of the light from the lampost. The little shelter with the figures playing instruments was where one end of the cable was anchored.

Anybody have any ideas where to find one of these? Like I said - long shot, but you never know. Thanks much.
