Downside to Skype...
 

An unforseen downside to skype. I'm sitting in an airport lounge in Hong Kong overhearing three different video chats. The one about how breast-feeding is preventing one guy's wife from losing weight is particularly captivating. It's really fun sitting inside a huge telephone booth... :rolleyes:

I guess they haven't heard about this miracle of modern technology....

Not a user but for those really obnoxious and invading my territory, I've join in the b.s. and everytime I get the look and they immediately move away. I always give them a friendly goodbye.

Years ago I learned from a friend how he'd play with cold-callers / solicitors. He would let them keep talking and then begin a barrage of perversion.... ask a female caller what she was wearing... then onto what her skivies were like... where her hand is at the moment and well, you get the rest. He said sometimes a supervisor would grab the call and then he would repeat if it was a female but if a male, would rip him every name in the book!

Actually I'm on a plane right now Skyping, (but only typing AND have a headset on)

Just join the conversation... if they look annoyed, say "now you know how i feel"

But people are stupid - especially with their technology in public.
