all good advice. Mine are triggered by normal activities too. I guess the biggest thing Ive been doing wrong is heat: will re-start the ice tonight. I do plenty of stretching: goes with spin classes & such but not enough core muscle exercise. Off to do more stretches. :)

That's sounds great! Glad you found some immediate, real relief.
