Don't know much about drums, but that seems like a pretty good deal for that much equipment.

Wayne should get these for his new building. I'll send him a PM.

Very cool drumkit! I wish i had room for another, but I already have 2 full kits. This would be perfect for a drummer/Porsche enthusiast!!

Mike,
If you get that kit, please send me some pics! That is one of the coolest things I've ever seen!!! I have a vintage Slingerland kit and a Roland TD-10 electronic kit but that Remo Porsche kit is unique, I've never seen or heard of one before and I'm been a drummer since 1969 or so...

I saw some Remo drumkits at a 1999 NAMM show, I believe. I also saw some nice Peavey and North kits and they don't make those any longer, either.

One of my friends owned a drum company and got great royalty $$$ everytime Ludwig sold a set of "Vistalites" (he also had the rights to the "RainBoJingle" acrylic tambourine and the "flip folder"...Later he bought out another company and made his own kit line & marching drums.

I had a Rogers and Gretsch kit, all of my friends had Ludwig VistaLites, but I preferred wood drums. My Slingerland 12pc kit is from 1979 and is birch with cherry stain on it. Still looks and sounds great, but way too loud!!

Remo did the Roto Toms - remember those? Interesting concept. Those North drums were really cool.
