Those look great.
I smoked a 14lb Wagyu beef brisket for Christmas dinner. It took 15 hours but it was for tender and there were no leftovers! |
Mmmm...smells good from here! If you like smokin' on a kettle, and intend to do much, get yourself a WSM (Weber Smokey Mountain) for less than $200. Not a high $ egg or one of Tab$'$ rigs, but you can do a 15 hr, constant 225 degree smoke without adding coals. If that don't work, I suggest hydroponic :)

Josh, what is that?

Turkey, pork butt, brisket, ribs, salmon. All great on the WSM. If you can find one for $200, let me know. They are usually $299 for the smaller one.
