Auto "photo resizer" not working

I can't upload any pictures as the "auto photo resize" doesn't seem to be working. Anyone else having this problem? All of my attempted uploads indicate that the pic is too large to upload. The board used to automatically reduce their size when uploading, it was very convenient...

I get that if I try to upload a photo that was originally saved in Nikon Raw format. Something about metadata attached to the photo that has nothing to do with its size. I have to clear all the metadata by taking a screen shot of the image and uploading that.

I can't upload any picture at all, even ones that I have previously uploaded. They are all .jpeg formatted...

Do you have software that can resize them so you know they are small enough? Maybe this is just a mini-ban from Z. You've been posting too many beer pictures or something. ;)

on XP you right click on the pic (from your camera or saved in docs or pic files), click resize pics, click medium, then send it to my docs. ymmv.

No go on Windows 7. This was working up until recently, so something must have been changed... Trying to resize them is just too frustrating and time consuming...
