+1 on art. A close friend of mine scored big, I mean really big last year - definitely a once in a lifetime type of luck. The big money is with the major auction houses. You have to know what to look for though, and if you do something you know, you'll be closer to "being at the right place at the right time."

Easypeasy. Get everyone to give you all their leftover electronics crap. Put it on eBay a piece at a time. Big bucks!
