Outlook 07 help
OK, I used to be able to press alt/s to send the email I was composing but now I cannot. It's an old habit and it really isn't convenient to reach for the mouse all the time. Any ideas why this would stop working?

Keyboard shortcuts for Outlook - Outlook - Office.com
Start a send/receive for all defined Send/Receive groups with Include this group in Send/Receive (F9) selected. This can include headers, full items, specified folders, items less than a specific size, or any combination that you define. F9 Start a send/receive for the current folder, retrieving full items (header, item, and any attachments). SHIFT+F9 Start a send/receive. CTRL+M Define Send/Receive groups. CTRL+ALT+S |
I want to send the email I am composing and rather than click the send button on the email to have it go to the Outbox I would like to press alt/s like I have done for years, including with 07 up to a few weeks ago.

Ctrl+Enter?
But ALT+S should work, it does here. Try a repair |
Tried a repair. Ctrl+Enter just dings at me.
Might have to uninstall-reinstall but I hate to do that just to get the keyboard shortcut back. |
Works for me....

Alt/S worked until a few weeks ago for me as well, then quit. If we weren't so Exchange dependent here i would switch clients.
