I bought a dog guard for my Land Rover & I need someone to pick it up in San Jose, CA & ship it to me in Eastern Oregon, or drop it off in Portland. I will gladly reimburse via PayPal.

Can the seller drop it off at a UPS store and have them pack it and ship it?
