Newbie looking for some help

You guys are well known for being experts on all car matters so I'm curious to know if anyone can name the below car? I've been trying to figure it out for days but I just can't seem to crack it.

K-car era Chrysler. Maybe the New Yorker with the green digital dash.

Whatever it is, it looks like the analog clock has been photoshopped into the photo.

Agree. This is a gergerator scam in the very least and I will have none of it!

(I think its a Ford...)

It's an American car for sure. The picture was taken while driving 70mph on a bumpy road.

That looks like a Chryco mid-80's wheel. Similar spokes to this:

Late '80s Chrysler Conquest? I think that the clock is added as well.

I suppose there is a point to all this? Someone selling this as art?

M.D. Holloway 01-19-2012 01:50 PM

There is a reason for everything that is posted, me thinks this one is financial as well...

Kezza 01-19-2012 02:01 PM

Art you say? You may be onto something my friend.

Anything that is an interpretation of something seems to be on the market as art. I used to work for an artist. We had many discussions as to what is art and what is craft. Everything I did for her was craft, but once it was completed, it was art.

Go figure.

The above, under pixalated (or over pixalated, I don't know about these things) is original somewhere at some point. It would have been real heady 25 years ago.
