Whats the best RC Forum?

Getting back into RC's since the 70's A lot has changed and am looking for a good forum? Kind of like the Pelican of the RC world! If it makes a difference I am looking at electric helicopters and planes!

Thanks

RC Universe is quite good

I seem to remember this one being fairly good when I was into RC helicopters...

They are definitely the biggest. Sometimes it is very hard to read because of the atrocious spelling. It also has every other kind of RC vehicle known to man so it is easy to get lost in there.

If I am correct you may want to check out this site.

I spent quite a bit of time here last spring when I got back into RC flying. RCGroups.com: The ABCs of Radio Control - Aircraft, Boats, and Cars!

There is some pretty good info on 3D flying and the newer indoor micro stuff.

Craig,

I've got a 1/4 scale Piper Cub in my garage attic that I built for an article that I was writing back in the day. (Used to write for a local RC mag). I'll trade you for some future machine work. :) Comes with 25cc gas engine but no servo'. :)

Fabric covered, 2 piece detachable wings. I flew it once, hated it. Too slow. Went back to my retractable gear overpowered prop plane that could do about 100MPH. :D

Ill check out helifreak, I just wanted to stay away from the forums were they cast you out unless you speak in acronyms or are over 20!

RC universe is what I use for planes and helicopters.
