I read the whole book on my Ipad since I heard him give an interview on a talk show. Nothing of any note came out of the book. He seems like a decent guy. It just seemed like all the self destruction was so unnecessary, especially from one with what seems to be intelligence now. He basically was able to take 20 years out of life and do what ever he pleased. Fortunately, he was in a band and had money to fall back on when he almost died and changed his ways. If he wasn't, he would be in jail or homeless.

I saw Duff on Dr. Phil over the holidays. He seems like a genuine nice guy. I'm glad he was able to clean up and now tries to help others.
GNR was one of those bands that changed rock music.
