Yes indeed, if you rent your home and order from Pelican frequently, you might be a terrorist.
Likewise, if you and your buddies have ever gone out and gotten matching tatoos and paid in cash, you might be terrorists. Or if you use internet cafes while travelling for work, and log in to your personal comcast email account, or use encryption to prevent Wifi hackers from stealing your info, you might be a terrorist.
