Superbowl predictions

Pats 31 Giants 24

Should be a good game, wouldn't be surprised to see an even bigger total...maybe 45 to 31 or similar.

Since the pats have been stripped of their cheating privileges their defensive plans are crippled. Anybody but them, go giants.

So far it's looked like HS vs college.

TB, 12 man on the field, what next?

Pitchers and catchers in roughly 3 weeks

Two different teams have shown up for the Pats

a schoolteacher intercepts Brady!

no wonder there is a war on teachers...

Close game. I know making it to the SuperBowl is all about who's hot, but I have a hard time believing those were the two best teams out there for the NFL. Oh well, a patriots loss will have to do.

speeder 02-05-2012 07:14 PM

Who was better this year? With all due respect, are you crazy?

Any given Sunday.

The Giants dont' quit, they win when it matters.

Game could have gone either way at the end, first half blew but the second half was entertaining.

M.D. Holloway 02-05-2012 08:56 PM

I'll take the Giants...

Packers, 49ers. The Packers go from winning a super bowl to going a year without losing a game.

Really? It's kind of hard for me to believe that either of those teams were better than the Giants. Granted, they had a split with each of those teams winning once, but the Giants beat both of them when it mattered. They also beat the best of the AFC, twice.

On top of that, they get put through the grinder every divisional game, which currently is, has been, and probably will be the best division in the NFL for many years.

I'm sure the Giants would love to have 4 off weeks were they to face the Bengals and Browns twice a year in divisional play.;)

Everyone's entitled to there own opinion. The AFC North had 3 teams in the playoffs this year. Are you comparing this to the NFC North who's 3 other teams didn't have a winning record?

pwd72s 02-06-2012 09:31 AM

Next year...Cleveland!

No, I wasn't. My direction was that you can not compare a statistically mediocre NFC East team to any other team in the NFC or AFC, in any given year. Somehow, I think you might now understand why you might have thought Green Bay was a good team this season though.

The NFC East is the pinnacle when it comes to conferences in the NFL, year in, year out. Getting out of the division is far more difficult than winning the SB.
