NAS vs. Small Business Server Essentials

What is the advantage of SBSE 2011 over a NAS?

We're a small company. My NAS has autobackup and will offsite our essential data for not too much money.

The only things that seem like they might be better is Quickbooks can have a stub running on the server to keep it operational all the time. And I can configure it for backup through a VPN gateway to my Home network NAS, saving the offsite fees.

I don't plan to run Exchange anytime soon. What other advantages are there to SBSE 2011?
