Kubrick gave a talk in which he swore he would not cut the X-rated version at all - not one frame is what I recall him saying...

a couple of weeks later, it was all chopped up and the fun stereo scene was gone

So they kept all the violence but dumped the sex scene!?! Gotta love the MPAA!

they also cut some of the violence in the scene where they attack the couple in the stretch garments

Thanks for this post.

I had Clockwork Orange on my DVR, and finally watched it today after many years since last time viewed.

Just as dark and twisted as I rememberd it, maybe even more so....

Ah yes, doing "the old In-and-Out" and Ludwig Van, 9th Symphony.

Very interesting looking in the background of the sets of how Kubrick decorated the sets and painting on the wall. That was one very sexxx laden overtoned movie.
