- Led a Lean Event to identify Contractor Compliance Areas, created a comprehensive DRAFT Operations Plan to help identify Compliance Areas on new and existing contracts

- Remembers to bathe on at least a weekly basis

- Never known to miss a lunch hour. or three.

- Plays well with others but still runs with scissors

- Ensures chair and desk do not lose magnetic hold to the earth

- Able to count to two within the first four attempts

- Personally documents fashion tips and trends as displayed at the finest Tractor Supply and Rural King stores across the nation

- Two, Ten, Eleven; Eyes, Fingers, Toes; has not lost any. This year. Yet.

So did you get a raise? isn't that what reviews are all about?

maybe that's the number of teeth

So when you guys do your self assessments, do you think they help your cause or do you think your manager and those above them already know already what they are going to do with your review?

I used to have to do a self assessment and it was a joke, a complete waste of time. They know what they are going to say to you beforehand and just use the self evaluation as a debating point.
