Any snow in Tahoe?

I know that it's been a really dry winter in the west, anyone up Reno or Tahoe way that can give a snow report for Heavenly or any of the other resorts? Thanks

As I sit in Austin Texas... They got a few inches during the last storm... but Mt Rose is closed as a few others I suspect today due to high winds... Kirkwood is calling for he storm to dump 2-3 feet over the next day or two.. We might even have spring skiing this year!

I hope a lot of spring snowboarding... Haven't been able to get out as often as I have in the past. Work is so tedious sometimes. ;) first year in the last three years that I haven't made it out to Tahoe. :(

Had about 8" in Truckee yesterday, got another ~6" overnight, and it is supposed to snow all day and part of tomorrow. Schools are closed today.

on edit: Generally the ski areas get more than we do, being higher.

Will be some snow over the next few days.

Pretty lean year so far.

I skiied Heavenly 2 weekends ago and had a great time. Some of the runs were closed but for the most part the entire mountain was a go. The tree skiing there is really top notch.

Good Morning, Skiers and Riders! Happy Leap Day! Mother Nature has come through again leaving us 4”-5” of new snow and it’s still coming down! With over 19”-24” of snow that has fallen in the last 2 days, our open runs have been refreshed and are in tip-top shape! Winds are currently impacting lift operations, please call 1.800.HEAVENLY or check skiheavenly.com for more details. We suggest starting your morning on the CA side where you’ll have mountain access as high as Powderbowl Express or heading over to Stagecoach in NV where you'll have access as high as Olympic. The upper mountain, the Gondola, Boulder Lift and Boulder Lodge are closed for the day. Wear a wind/weatherproof shell, lifts open at 9:00am!
