Embarrassing - how do I remove this Craftsman drawer?

Am in the the process of refinishing my Knaack jobsite box and decided to paint my existing Craftsman rolling toolbox and various garage items to match. So after consulting with google I still cannot get the drawers out of the toolbox. Various flat screw drivers used to press in the black plastic tab is a no go.

Here is what my drawer rails look like -

Can someone enlighten me how to remove these turkeys? Besides painting I want to change out the lock and remove the caster wheels.

Easy. Slide the drawer back slightly while holding the silver steel rail. Just like 1/4". Then use a screwdriver to push in the metal tab through the oval shaped slot. THe metal tab locks into the triangular shaped depression. While pushing in the metal tab, slide the silver rail back. Repeat on the other side.

Yep, Chris hit the nail on the head. Do it all the time on my box at work. It can be a bit tricky the first time, but you'll get the hang of it.

Your choice of words made all the difference. Thanks!
