Sadly, I've already seen a lot of this crapola here in the Valley of the Sun, though without the "spinnaz" as yet. 80's sedans worth about $300 with over $10k of "investment" in the wheels. Lots of the wheel places here offer good terms on financing, too. :rolleyes:
