Few would accuse me of making practical choices with autos, like trying to use a baby seat in the back of a 951 and call it a family car. The wife was not amused........;)

HHI944 03-16-2012 06:21 PM

targa911S 03-16-2012 07:38 PM

HHI944 03-16-2012 07:48 PM

That's a pretty clean original truck, most of the trucks he does are very modified defenders...

Yup, not mine, a buddy's....I just bled the brakes and clutch slave for him, runs beautifully, the only real problem with it is that someone ripped out the heater core and associated bits. They also patched the spot where the heater air intake should have been, but it was done very well, impossible to tell from the exterior. If anyone is interested in it, PM me and I'll hook you up with the guy who owns it or answer any questions I can. It's sitting in my driveway right now........yes, I have 2 Rovers and a Jag on my property and the world hasn't ended.......not only that, but all of them function flawlessly.

HHI944 03-16-2012 10:36 PM

A PTO can be fitted to the transfer case and that is the opening for attachment......on my Series, that's were the wiring plug for a trailer is installed.

HHI944 03-16-2012 10:37 PM

There's another, much smaller, hole in the front bumper for the hand crank.

onewhippedpuppy 03-17-2012 04:51 AM

That is awesome. Must.....resist.....

targa911S 03-17-2012 05:27 AM
