F1 coverage: LA sports bar?
 

Is anyone aware of any L.A./Pasadena area sports bars, flop houses or other venues that broadcast Speed (or equivalent); specifically the Aussie F1 race this weekend?

Screen should be larger than 19" (diagonally). Audio is mandatory.

Probably no audio, but Lucky Baldwins (3 local locations) or Buffalo Wild Wings are usually pretty good about having a wide selection of sports-related things on multiple televisions. I'd try the new Buffalo Wild Wings on South Fair Oaks in Pasadena.

With all the march madness crap going on, I'd say good luck....

No. The BW3s is at an old BBQ place. Very close to the Glenarm intersection. They're very new.

Got it. I know exactly where it is now. My doc is just up the street.

I checked out Buffalo Wild Wings this morning (1000 S. Fair Oaks. Pas.). Here's the scoop:

Brand new remodel
Multiple screens
Looks like no other live events Sat. at 10:30pm. except for a soccer game betw. Changchun Yatai vs Shandong Luneng
Not sure about Sat. night crowd. No college bball playoff games scheduled that late.

Anyone? Look for us. We'll be wearing driving gloves and drinking beer.

good luck on finding a nice quiet bar on st pats day to watch a race.

That's the only unknown caveat, but I'll keep the "Vettel sucks" down. :)

BTW, are there any Irish drivers in F1? However, if someone wants to root for Eddie Irvine, they have my permission.
