When I climbed Mt. Robson back in 2002, I picked every single blueberry I could get my hands out.
Absolutely great eating while out on the trail.

Wife has a row of them beside the driveway.
She made a pie last week ( got bags of them in the freezer). Yum

Get a gallon and a half to two gallons off my bushes every summer... mine are "late" though - just starting to bloom now, I get the fruit first week of July

Please remember there are two varieties of blueberry: the larger high bush berries, increasing in popularity and the smaller more flavorful wild, low bush berries.
Yummy! Best Les

Grew up in SW Michigan.
Can eat my weight in blueberries! The ones at the store we get in NM aren't even related I suspect.

I have a blueberry farm here in Georgia. Approx 8 acres and growing. The state of georgia gets more money from blueberries than peaches. A freeze hurt the florida and the south georgia blueberry crop this year.
My picking season begins in june and runs thru july.

Wild blueberries = bears up here in the Great White. The potential danger just makes them taste better.
