Flew one to/from Shanghai and liked it except the goofy windows. Couldn't tell what time it was until we landed and got out of that dark blue tinting. Pilot retained control from push-back so right from the gate I was in a blue world.

Couldn't do much sightseeing (no issue on the way back since we went straight over the ocean but on the way there we went on a tour of the Pacific rim for some reason).

I like them quite a bit, although I still prefer Airbus. The A380 is an amazing aircraft, especially upstairs in the front. Generally, I find Airbus's to be much quieter inside.

I never has the opportunity to travel in the A380. I most frequently went 747 or 777. But now that I'm retired I don't fly much at all.
